Gearing up for a fresh start at adventure?
 
Whether you're about to lace up your hiking boots or you're prepping for a nice long road trip, be sure your adventure doesn't leave you sore & hurting before it's over (and this is extra important if you tend to keep half your mind on work even while you play)


Here are some quick stretches to start your day of adventure when you're like me - waking up feeling rough around the edges due to the physical stresses of travel and activity (like our hikes in Arches National Park, and driving nearly 4,000 road miles on that trip), & the mental stresses of juggling time-for-work & time-for-family.
